Uninstalling Templates (Joomla 3)

Many Joomla users try to delete a template from the template manager, but they receive a warning like the one in the following image.

To successfully delete the template from your site, go to the Extension Manager, click on the "Manage Tab", find and select the template you'd like to delete and click on the "Uninstall" button in the toolbar. 

Any template or extension deleted this way will permanently remove the template from your site.
