Disabling Domain Name Auto-Renewal

By default, domain names registered through CloudAccess.net are automatically renewed and billed annually with the credit card we have on file. This tutorial explains how to disable auto-renewal for a domain name on our platform. 

To begin, log into the Cloud Control Panel™(CCP), click on the "Domains" tab in the "Your Products" area, and click on the "Manage" button for the domain name you'd like to work with.

In the next window, click on the "Manage" option. 

In the next window, open the "Auto Renew" tab, and then click on the "Disable Auto Renew" button.

You'll receive a message letting you know that auto-renewal has been disabled.
