When our clients encounter issues with 3rd party extensions, we always try to encourage our clients to contact the vendor of the template first. Typically, if the vendor is reputable, they have a website that the client can visit.  The vendor knows the template the best and will be able to fix whatever problem you may have without much problem. Of course, if you would like, we can help you with a 3rd party extension. This is considered a professional service and we charge $75 per hour. Learn more about our Professional Services.

If, however, an extension does not work on your site because of a server configuration issue, we will help you with that for free and make sure we do everything we can to make it work.
